After participating in the events organized by Lublin Fair it is worth to actively take advantage of your free time and take a moment to visit Lublin. In our city, apart from numerous historical monuments and attractions, you can experience its rich cultural offer. There are also places for various entertainment and sports facilities. Lublin has also a considerable amount of recreational areas where you can relax or spend your time actively.

Below are some of our proposals for spending free time:

Tourist attractions

In the city, we can find a lot of places which had seen its 700 years long tradition. Beautiful Old Town, Lublin Castle and the Trinitarian Tower are the mandatory points on the historical map of the city. Check out our propositions.

Culture and Entertainment

Lublin isn’t just a place of tourist attractions, it’s also an important place of cultural events. We can find numerous theatres, cinemas and cultural centres with a rich repertoire here. Apart from that, there are plenty of original art galleries and interesting museums.

Sports and Fun

There are numerous sports facilities that allow you to both keep fit and spend time actively after participating in fairs in Lublin. Apart from standard gyms or swimming pools, we can find places where physical activity can turn into a great fun. Many of the places are close to the Lublin Fair, so it is even better to use them.

Relax

If we won’t find the right form of entertainment for ourselves, or the offered repertoire of cinemas and theatres doesn’t suit us but we still have a lot of free time, it is worth taking a walk around Lublin. We can go through the streets of Krakowskie Przedmiescie, see a multimedia fountain show on the Lithuanian Square or take a stroll around the Saski Park. If we have more time, it is worth going to the Zemborzycki Reservoir or the UMCS Botanical Garden.

Recurring events

There are many cultural events in Lublin that attract crowds of visitors every year. During the events, we have many opportunities to learn about the history of local culture and folklore, take part in a variety of workshops, and listen to live music of well-known artists, as well as those from alternative circles. The most events await us during the summer, but in the remaining months we will also find something for ourselves.
